A Second Batch of Set Photos from Italian Shoot for Avengers: Age of Ultron

Yesterday we saw our first round of set photos from the filming underway in Italy's Aosta Valley for Avengers: Age of Ultron. Today, courtesy of Twitter users @MatteoScieghi and @Read_Saw, we have a second batch which seem to show the wake of some large-scale destruction.

As I mentioned yesterday, it appears that the town of Piazza Plouves in the Aosta Valley has been turned into an Eastern European town. Today, via new set photos, we can see that town is Novi Grad, a city in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We also heard rumors of some large-scale destruction taking place on the set involving a possible earthquake, the source of which is still unknown. As you can see below, something certainly made a mess.

The set piece that's been described as a "cargo transport" is likely the Avenger's Quinjet and that it has carried a team of Avengers led by Hawkeye and the Black Widow into Novi Grad to attack Baron von Strucker's compound early in the film. Reports have filtered in that there will be a chase scene through the town featuring the Avengers.
