Will It Be a One Shot? Sir Ben Kingsley Gives More Details on Secret Project

Speaking to Vanity Fair while promoting his film, Ender's Game, Sir Ben Kingsley was asked to talk more about his secret project for Marvel, which he revealed a couple of weeks ago.  While rumors this week centered on the project being a One Shot in which the real Mandarin would come after Kingsley's Trevor Slattery, Iron Man 3 writer Drew Pearce seemed to discount the "real Mandarin" part of the talk. Kinglsey comments seem to confirm the One Shot piece while staying away from filling in too many details.  When asked when we might see his project, Kingsley replied, "I think it may be seen as...sometimes [Marvel] tacks on a short film to one of their other releases, maybe on a DVD or something. I haven't heard anything at all about this. So it's in progress. It will have to remain under wraps. Marvel was so brilliant in the way they kept the transition from the Mandarin to Trevor Slattery in Iron Man 3. They were absolutely brilliant at it. I so respect the way they dearly want to surprise their audiences. But we will just have to leave it in the realm of rumor."

At this point it's hard to say exactly what this One Shot is going to turn out to be.  The One Shots have become part of the MCU canon so it's hard to imagine they'd just do something silly focusing on Slattery...there are plenty of theories out there. What do you guys think?
