Jackman Back for More Wolverine?

Following the financial success of last summer's The Wolverine, it's not surprising that Fox, who is trying hard to compete with Marvel in the super hero movie business, is looking to move ahead with a sequel.  In an exclusive report today, Deadline revealed that Fox has begun negotiations with star Hugh Jackman AND director James Mangold to come back for another shot.

At this point not much is known about the sequel, only that Mangold will write the script and the film will be produced by Lauren Shuler Donner, who is deeply tied to the X-franchise.  While there are no details on the story, one can infer that X-Men: Days of Future Past will set the timeline of all future X-films, so the new Wolverine film, which happens both before and after The Wolverine, will likely not be a direct sequel.  Plenty of Wolverine stories are there for the telling and could be done well.  Jackman is awesome in the role and seems to love it; I quite enjoyed The Wolverine, which can be pre-ordered in 1080p from VUDU for just $14.99:Enjoy New Releases at VUDU.com, and I have no issues with the same team giving it another go.

What are your thoughts on more Wolverine?
